You will join the Litigation and Advocacy Section in Legal Services and will assist the Legal Officer (Debts) to pursue and recover debts outstanding to the County Council and its contracted bodies. You will deal with the legal process up to and including proceedings, obtain judgements and undertake enforcement actions and be willing to take a flexible approach to your work.
