Event for students interested in a career at the Bar

The annual Question and Answer Day held by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple will be held on Sunday 27th May 2012 from 10am to 5pm.

This event is open to all those interested in a career at the Bar who have not yet started the BPTC or joined an Inn of Court.  The event will consist of a series of workshops and seminars, providing an ideal opportunity for your students to gather information on the path to becoming a barrister.  The workshops will be followed by a drinks reception where students will have the opportunity to talk to practitioners in a more informal setting about life as a barrister.

Admission to this event is free and refreshments will be provided.  However, students must book a place in advance.  A place can be booked through their website (www.innertemple.org.uk under ‘Prospective Members’ followed by ‘Forthcoming Events’).

Please contact your subject Careers Adviser, Simon Thompson (s.thompson@derby.ac.uk) if you have any further questions.
