Reporting to the Housing Policy and Project Manager, the post holder will assist in the delivery of performance monitoring, affordable housing development programme, and housing policy and initiatives. You will need to be flexible to deal with a wide variety of tasks to tight deadlines. As well as good communications skills, a high level of IT literacy with the ability to interrogate databases and produce reports is required.
This is a high profile job, which will entail working with senior managers as well as front line staff. Experience of local authority housing strategy and development would be helpful. However if you are a recent graduate, or about to graduate, and are interested in a career in housing policy/ development, we would still like to hear from you, as we are able to provide on the job training for the right candidate.
