A misconduct meeting has upheld a case for misconduct against Adam Briggs, the Deputy Chief Constable of North Yorkshire Police.
DCC Briggs faced the meeting following an Independent Police Complaints Commission investigation into allegations that he assisted a relative to circumvent part of a recruitment process for police constables run by North Yorkshire Police in February 2010. Read More
