Law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) has come up with an innovative new way of finding candidates who can cut it in the high-stakes world of business. The firm has designed the Taxi Test, an interactive video game which simulates a taxi journey to a make-or-break meeting with a client. After watching a few short clips, the candidate must answer a number of quick-fire multiple-choice questions and the quicker the answers are given, the more points the individual wins.
